REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Teamon Malaysia, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every skincare purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

We accept refund or return requests under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The product is not a hygiene-sensitive item that has been opened or used (e.g., opened skincare tubes, serums, or toners).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
  • The item received is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales, flash sales, or with discount vouchers (unless defective).
  • Gift sets or bundled items that have been partially used.
  • Products with removed or tampered seals.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team.

3. How to Submit a Refund or Return Request

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:

Step 1: Contact us via our official customer service with your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: Attach clear photos or a short video showing the product condition and any defect or damage.

Step 3: Wait for our team to review and approve your request. Approval will be communicated within 2–3 business days.

Step 4: Once approved, ship the item back to our designated address using a tracked courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
  • Store credit (if preferred by the customer).
  • Replacement product of equal value (subject to stock availability).

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. Teamon Malaysia will cover return shipping costs for verified cases of damage or incorrect delivery, and will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional charge.

6. Skincare-Specific Notice

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened or tested. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, ingredients, and suitability before purchasing. If you have concerns about potential allergic reactions or skin sensitivity, please consult a dermatologist prior to use.
